  LAST RUSSIAN TROOPS RETURN HOME     
  The last of the Russian troops to   
  bj withdrawn from Germany have      
  returned home.                      
                                      
  They were given a ceremonial        
  welcome as they marched through the 
  streets of Moscow to Red Square.    
                                      
  President Yeltsin said their return 
  marked the "final reconciliation"   
  between Cold War adversaries.       
                                      
  But he also praised the Russian     
  army's role in liberating Germany   
  and defending Russia against        
  aggression.                         
 
