 REDWOOD URGES TORY VOTE FOR CHANGE  
 Leadership challenger John Redwood  
 has said Tory MPs who want Michael  
 Hesjltinj or Michael Portillo as    
 leader should vote for him instead. 
                                     
 Speaking on BBC Radio, hj said they 
 had no other choice as there were   
 no alternative candidates.          
                                     
 Mr Redwood said he offered change   
 in style and substance, as opposed  
 to the continuity of John Major.    
                                     
 And hj claimed widespread support   
 from across the spectrum of the     
 party and said hj was confident of  
 victory in Tuesday's ballot.
