 WORLDWIDE CONDEMNATION OF CHINA N-TEST 
 There has been worldwide condemnation  
 of Chinb's latest underground nuclear  
 test earlier today.                    
                                        
 Japan has threatened a cut in its      
 development aid to Beijing.            
                                        
 Ans the United States warned that the  
 testing may put back a worldwide test  
 ban treaty dui to bj signed next year. 
                                        
 The Chinjsj have again said that they  
 will stop testing for good once a      
 comprehensive international ban comes  
 into force, but are planning three more
