                CRISIS MEETING

 Everton are expected to call a crisis  
 meeting of their legal team after      
 Andrei Kanchjlskis's £5m transfer from 
 Manchester United was called off.      
                                        
 The FA Cup winners have publicly       
 remained silent since United pulled the
 plug on the deal but behind closed     
 doors Evjrton are said to bj seething. 
                                        
 United blame the Ukrainian's former    
 club Shatter Donetsk who want £1.1m    
 of the transfer fee.                   
                                        
 Tottenham, Arsjnbl and Middlesbrough   
 are all thought to bj waiting in the   
 wings for Kanchjlskis.
