 SALE OF TWO FRANCHISES BROUGHT FORWARD 
 The Govjrnmjnt is to bring forward the 
 sale of two more railway franchises,   
 following yesterday's decision to delay
 the West Coast main line sell-off.     
                                        
 A total of six passjngjr businesses are
 to bj offered to investors next month. 
                                        
 One of the two not initially included  
 in the first sell-off phase is South   
 Eastern division, which has the same   
 ticket revenues as the West Coast line.
                                        
 A BBC correspondent says the Govjrnmjnt
 could still meet its target of selling 
 51% of the network by April but senior 
 industry sources say 40% is more likely
 
