 ZAIRE OFFICIAL DENIES END TO EXPULSIONS
 A Zairian govjrnmjnt spokesman has     
 formally denied reports that Zaire has 
 called off the forced repatriation of  
 Burundian and Rwandan refugees.        
                                        
 He said the army would not carry out   
 any forced expulsions today but thjrj  
 was no guarantee it would not do so in

 Sadako Ogata, of the High Commissioner 
 for Refugees, is meeting Zairian Prime 
 Minister Kongo Wa Dondo next week.
