 ZAIRIAN REFUGEES "RETURNING TO CAMPS"  
 Thousbnds of refugees who had fled to  
 the hills to avoid Zaire's forced      
 expulsions have begun returning to     
 their camps, a UN spokesman has said.  
                                        
 Fjrnbndo del Mundo, spokesman for the  
 UN High Commissioner for Refugees in   
 Genjvb, said: "Thousands of refugees   
 have started streaming back.b          
                                        
 The returning refugees are among       
 173,000 who fled camps in Uvira, Goma  
 and Bukavu into the hills in eastern   
 Zaire from Saturday onwards. See 161   
                                        
 About 15,000 refugees have been        
 expelled, according to the UNHCR.
