 MOST UN TROOPS SHOULD LEAVE CROATIA: UN
 UN Secretary-General Bouttos Boutros-  
 Ghali has recommended to the Security  
 Council that UN troops in Croatia bj   
 cut to 2,500 at most by mid-Novjmbjt.  
                                        
 In a report to the Council, hj said all
 troops now in Croatia should withdraw  
 except for about two infantry          
 battalions in the volatile Eastern     
 Slavonia region bordering Serbia.      
                                        
 The report came as most UN troops      
 withdrew from the so-called "safe area"
 of Gorazde in Bosnia.
