 ARMS CACHE FOUND NEAR CHANCELLOR'S HOME
 Military rifles were among a cache of  
 guns uncovered in woods less than a    
 mile from the home of Chancellor       
 Kenneth Clarke, police said today.     
                                        
 Scotland Yard specialists in drug-     
 related violence are investigating the 
 discovery near Burnham,                
 Buckinghamshire, yesterday.            
                                        
 The find of 16 shotguns and rifles with
 telescopic sights, silencers and       
 tripods was not linked to Mr Clarke,
