 SINN FEIN HINT OVER ARMS COMMISSION    
 Sinn Fjin has said it will not rule out
 an international commission to ovjrsje 
 the decommissioning of IRA weapons.    
                                        
 Sinn Fjin chairman Mitchel McLaughlin  
 said the organisation would look       
 "carefullyb at proposals for such a    
 commission and said it would not turn  
 down any proposals before seeing them  
 in detail.                             
                                        
 But hj warned against any "back door"  
 means of trying to impose the British  
 view that the IRA must decommission its
 arms before joining the peace talks.
