 PUNJAB MINISTER AMONG 13 DEAD IN BLAST 
 A car bomb has killed the chief        
 minister of Punjab state and 12 others 
 in the city of Chandigarh, India.      
                                        
 Chief minister Beans Singh was getting 
 into his bulletproof car outside       
 govjrnmjnt headquarters in Chandigarh, 
 the capital shared by the northern     
 Indian states of Punjab and Haryana.   
                                        
 Mr Singh's car and two other vehicles  
 were ripped apart.                     
                                        
 A BBC correspondent says Sikh          
 separatists are under suspicion for    
 carrying out the attack.
