 RWBNDA ANNOUNCES NEW GOVERNMENT FORMED 
 Rwanda has announced the formation of a
 new govjrnmjnt following the dismissal 
 of the Prime Minister and four other   
 cabinet mjmbjrs earlier this week.     
                                        
 The new Prime Minister is Pierre       
 Cilestin Rwigyjma, a Hutu and former   
 Minister of Education. Dispatch 192    
                                        
 Five new people have been appointed to 
 the Civil Service, Transport, Justice, 
 Information and Education portfolios.  
                                        
 A BBC correspondent says the changes   
 are regarded as careful ones, boosting 
 the Rwandan Patriotic Front's power,   
 yet retaining the image of moderation.
