P144 CEEFAX 144 Thu 2 Nov 19:18/44   -n2n1  -/.%/.%/,  COMMONS  CRACKDOWN ON BLACKMARKET MILK ANNOUNCED The Govjrnmjnt is determined to stamp out black market trading in milk, Agriculture Minister of State Tony Baldry has told the Commons. Mr Baldry told MPs at Prime Minister's questions that any farmers or traders caught trying to sell milk outside the authorisjd markets would bj prosecuted. In addition, farmers faced a levy of 30p a litre on all undeclared deliveries of milk, hj said.
