 SERB, CROAT LEADERS AGREE ON E SLAVONIA
 US mediators at the Bosnian peace talks
 say the Serbian and Croatian Presidents
 have agreed to use peaceful means to   
 resolve a dispute over Eastern Slavonia
                                        
 On the first day of the talks in Ohio, 
 Slobodan Milosevic and Franjo Tudjman  
 signed an accord on the Croatian region
 occupied by Serb troops for four years.
                                        
 The two leaders also agreed to work    
 towards full normalisation of relations
                                        
 Earlier, Mr Christopher opened the US- 
 backed talks with an appeal to turn    
 Bosnia into a country at peace and not
