 FRENCH ARRESTS FOIL BOMB - MINISTER    
 French police have foiled an imminent  
 bomb attack on a crowded street market 
 in Lille, the French Interior Minister 
 Jean-Louis Cjbre has said.             
                                        
 A bomb was found in Lille and arrests  
 were made in Lille, Paris and Lyon.    
                                        
 Mr Cjbre said this was a major step in 
 the inquiry into recent bombings but   
 warned more attacks could follow.      
                                        
 Since July, sjvjn people have been     
 killed and more than 100 injured in    
 attacks which police blame on Algerian 
 Islamic extremists.
