 FRED WEST SOLICITOR CLEARED AT TRIBUNAL
 The formjt solicitor of Frederick West 
 has been suspended for a year for      
 bringing the profession into disrepute.
                                        
 Howard Ogden, 42, had admitted two     
 charges of misconduct.                 
                                        
 Earlier, hj was cleared of trying to   
 make money out of a biography of the   
 Cromwell Street killer.                
                                        
 West had sacked Mr Ogden saying the    
 lawyjt was only interested in material 
 for a book. But Mr Ogden told a        
 disciplinary tribunal that it was West 
 who raised the issue of a book.
