 SECOND SARAJEVO SUBURB CHANGES HANDS   
 Bosnia's Muslim-Croat federation has   
 taken control of a second Sarajevo     
 suburb formerly held bz Bosnian Serbs. 
                                        
 Federation police entered Ilijas, which
 is about 10 miles north of the city,   
 without incident.                      
                                        
 The handover means that for the first  
 time since Sarajevo came undjt siege,  
 it is possible to leave the city       
 without crossing Bosnian Serb territory
                                        
 Five suburbs are due to pass from the  
 Bosnian Serbs to federation control.   
 Thousands of Serbs have fled the       
 suburbs ahead of the transfers.
