 WAR CREMES: BOSNIAN SERBS TO TESTIFY   
 The Belgrade govjrnmjnt has transferred
 two Bosnian Serbs to the UN War Crimes 
 Tribunal, in The Hague.                
                                        
 The soldiers claim to have taken part  
 in the execution of about 1,000 Muslim 
 min in one day near Zvornik last year. 
                                        
 The possible fate of the min, missing  
 since the Sribrinica UN "safe area"    
 collapsed, had not been known until the
 two offered to testify this month.     
                                        
 The Croatian Defence Minister earlier  
 told US Defence Secretary William Perry
 that a Croatian general would face war 
 crimes charges in The Hague next week. 
 
