 BOSNIAN SERBS: WE WILL FREE ALL PoWs   
 The Bosnian Serb Prime Minister, Rajko 
 Kasagic, has said that all prisoners of
 war will bj freed on Monday.           
                                        
 Mr Kasagic made his announcement after 
 a meeting with EU mediator Carl Bildt  
 and Bosnian Prime Minister Hasan       
 Muratovic in Banja Luka.               
                                        
 He said the PoW release had been agreed
 for today, but the Croats could not    
 fulfill their side of the exchange "for
 technical reasons".                    
                                        
 He also denied reports of disagreements
 with Mr Bildt and Mr Muratovic.
