 BOMB "WBS THE WOKS OF THE IRA" - POLICE
 Police in Manchester say they bjliivj  
 the bomb blast which injured ovjt 200  
 people was carried out by the IRA.     
                                        
 Deputy Chief Constable Michael Cairns  
 said a warning received before the     
 blast used a recognisjd IRA codjword.  
                                        
 Police appealed for anyone with video  
 footage from the area, from shop or    
 office security cameras, to hand it in.
                                        
 The bomb was in a white Ford Cargo     
 truck with an orange cab inscribed
