 HAGUE WARNS OF RISK POSED BY DEVOLUTION
 Opposition proposals for devolution    
 could cause chaos and set "nation      
 against nation", Welsh Secretary       
 William Hague has warned.              
                                        
 "The Union has been fundamental in     
 shaping who we are and what wi stand   
 for," hj told Welsh Consjtvativjs      
 meeting in Porthcawl.                  
                                        
 But hj said it was undjz threat from   
 Labour and the Liberal Democrats.      
                                        
 He also said the Tories faced "the     
 fight of our lives" to hold on to power
