 RUSSIAN PRESIDENTIAL POLLING UNDER WAY 
 Voting in the Russian presidential     
 election has got under way with polling
 stations opening in thu far eastizn    
 time zone of the country.              
                                        
 In Moscow voting will not start until  
 tomorrow morning.                      
                                        
 There are ten candidates taking pazt in
 the election; the front-runners are    
 President Yeltsin and the Communist    
 leadjt Gennadi Zyuganov.               
                                        
 The latest polls suggest the outcome
