 JUDGE CHARGED WITH FRAUD CONSPIRACY    
 A circuit judge has appeared at Bow    
 Street magistrates court in connection 
 with a mortgage fraud in the 1980s.    
                                        
 Judge Richard Gee, 55, has been accused
 of defrauding various lending          
 institutions out of "hundreds and      
 thousands of pounds".                  
                                        
 Judge Gee, who sat at Middlesjx        
 Guildhall Crown Court in Westminster,  
 was remanded on bail until September 27
                                        
 The judge issued a statement saying hj
