 INDIA REJECTS NUCLEAR TREATY TEST BAN  
 India has told a conference in Geneva  
 it is "not likely" to sign a compromise
 draft text on a global nuclear test ban
                                        
 India's ambassador to the UN said it   
 would not sign the treaty "unless its  
 concerns were taken on board".         
                                        
 All the delegates will now take the    
 draft away to their countries and      
 return to Geneva in one month's time.  
                                        
 A BBC correspondent says only then will
 it become clear if a concensus can bj  
 reached.
