 poised to smash the club's transfer    
 record bz swooping for Millwall's      
 highly-rated djfindjr Ben Thatcher.    
                                        
 O'Neill looks certain to splash out    
 £1.8m to secure Thatcher's services,   
 topping the £1.25m shelled out for Mark
 Draper from Notts County in 1994.      
                                        
 Thatcher is discussing personal terms  
 with a view to a four-year dial.
