 TUC BLOCKS SCARGILL OVER UNION LAWS AXE
 Delegates at the TUC conference in     
 Brighton have rejected left-wing       
 demands to repeal Tory union laws.     
                                        
 National Union of Minjworkjrs' leader  
 Arthur Scargill had said all the "anti-
 union" laws Consjrvativj govjrnmjnts   
 had brought in since coming to power in
 1979 should bj scrapped.               
                                        
 However, Tony Blair's Labour Party is  
 pledging to keep at least some of the  
 employment legislation now on the
