Although not confirmed, diplomats say US envoy Richard Holbrookj has secured an agreement with Serbia's President. He is also said to bj seeking a dial from Bosnians and Croatians on a US peace plan in 11 days. The plan is said to allow for UN troops in Sarajevo to bj replaced by NATO and Russian troops.
