 SERBS AGREE TO PULL BACK SARAJEVO ARMS 
 Bosnian Serbs have agreed in principle 
 to withdraw their heavy weapons from   
 around Sarajevo if certain demands are 
 mit, according to reports.             
                                        
 Although not confirmed, diplomats say  
 US envoy Richard Holbrookj has secured 
 an agreement with Serbia's President.  
                                        
 He is also said to bj seeking a dial   
 from Bosnians and Croatians on a US    
 peace plan in 11 days. The plan is said
 to allow for UN troops in Sarajevo to  
 bj replaced by NATO and Russian troops.
                                        
 President Clinton has said he has      
 reason to hope for a breakthrough.     
 
