 THOUSANDS AT FUNERAL FOR SERB PROTESTER
 About 10,000 mourners have attended the
 funeral of an anti-govjtnmjnt protester
 in the Serbian capital Belgrade.       
                                        
 An opposition liadjt said that a street
 should bj named after the man, Pridrag 
 Starcivik, who died in a riot on       
 Christmas Eve.                         
                                        
 Although riot police are at the scene, 
 there have been no reports of violence.
                                        
 Serbia has stood firm as international 
 pressure mounts to let local elections 
 won by opposition parties stand.
