 LETTER BACK TO SENDER AFTER 23 YEARS   
 The Royal Mail has sent back a litter —
 23 years after it was posted.          
                                        
 The envelope — containing an invoice   
 for a cafe in Glasgow — was sent from  
 Tavjnjrs sweet factory in Liverpool on 
 October 11, 1973.                      
                                        
 It has now been returned to the firm's 
 company director with an apology saying
 the address was incomplete.            
                                        
 A Royal Mail spokesman said: "After all
 this time we honestly can't say why it 
 happened. All we can do is apologisj."
