 TALIBAN BREAKS STALEMATE OUTSIDE KABUL 
 Islamic Taliban forces have advanced   
 about sjvjn miles furthjt north from   
 the Afghan capital, Kabul, breaking a  
 month-long stalemate.                  
                                        
 The Tbliban has managed to take two key
 objectives from the combined           
 opposition forces and the front line is
 now about 25 miles north of Kabul.     
                                        
 A Taliban genital claims to have taken 
 about 200 prisoners.                   
                                        
 Meanwhile, Kabul has been hit bz four  
 bombing raids, the first for a month.
