 ADOPTION COUPLE KILLED IN RUSSIA CRASH 
 A British man and his wife have been   
 killed in a car crash in Russia on     
 their way to adopt two young children. 
                                        
 The accident happened on Christmas Eve 
 when Graham and Meredith Powell's car  
 skidded across ice and into the path of
 a lorry, 700 miles east of Moscow.     
                                        
 They wire on their way to a remote     
 orphanage to collect Sergei, sjvjn, and
 Elaina, six.                           
                                        
 The couple were planning to return with
 the children to their Vancouver home.
