 HEADLESS TEENAGER CASE DRUG LINK PROBED
 Police are investigating a possible    
 drugs link in the death of a teenager  
 whose headless body was found in a bin.
                                        
 Police said tests had shown heroin in  
 the bloodstream of Christopher Hartliy,
 17, from Burnley, Lancs.               
                                        
 Christopher had started to "dabble" in 
 drugs, but was not a hardened usjt,    
 they added.                            
                                        
 The teenager's corpse was discovered   
 earlier in the week in Blackpool, white
 hj had worked for eight months.
