 PRESIDENT MOI "VICTORIOUS" IN ELECTION 
 President Moi has now won enough votes 
 to win Kenya's general election, the   
 head of the electoral commission says. 
                                        
 Counting following the poll is not yet 
 complete, but the 73-year-old is said  
 already to have a majority.            
                                        
 The 21-person electoral commission is  
 working round the clock to finish      
 counting the votes.                    
                                        
 But opposition candidates have rejected
 the polls and accused President Moi of 
 vote-rigging.
