 CLUE IN HUNT FOR HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER    
 Police hunting the hit-and-run driver  
 of a car which killed a mothjt-of-three
 say they have part of the car's        
 registration.                          
                                        
 A team of 30 officers are trying to    
 find the vehicle which killed Tina     
 Thornj, 38, in Basildon, Essex.        
                                        
 The accident happened in front of hit  
 husband on New Year's Day.             
                                        
 Detective Supjtintendjnt David Bright  
 said: "It would be bjttet for the
