 FOUR HELD AFTER YOUTH FALLS FROM WINDOW
 Four people have been arrested after a 
 16-year-old girl was seriously injured 
 when she fell from a third-floor window
                                        
 The teenager, who has not been named,  
 plunged from a window at the Foyjt     
 residential flats in Ipswich, Suffolk. 
                                        
 She was being treated at Addenbrookj's 
 Hospital in Cambridge white hit        
 condition was said to bj critical.     
                                        
 The Foyer is a privately run housing   
 and training project for 16 to 25-year-
