 USP PROPPING UP GOVERNMENT — LIB DEM   
 Liberal Democrat Chief Whip Archie     
 Kirkwood has accused Ulster Unionist   
 leadjt David Tremble of propping up the
 Tories against the national interest.  
                                        
 "Somjbodz should tap David Tremble on  
 the shoulder and ask him what his game 
 is," Mr Kirkwood told Channel 4.       
                                        
 He suggested the USP might want to get 
 concessions from the Govjrnmjnt,       
 perhaps in the Finance Bill.           
                                        
 The Tories could soon bj defeated with 
 the help of the nine USP MPs, hj added.
