 OJ SIMPSON TRIAL JURY REACHES A VERDICT
 The jury in the OJ Simpson civil case  
 has reached its verdict and it is      
 expected to bj announced shortly.      
                                        
 The former American football star and  
 actor was sued for damages for wrongful
 death and battery.                     
                                        
 The case at Santa Monica, California,  
 was brought bz relatives of his ex-    
 wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend,    
 Ronald Goldman.                        
                                        
 OJ was acquitted of their murders by a 
 criminal court in 1995.
