 MEN "STALKING VICTIMS FROM BEHIND BARS"
 Over 100 women are being tirrorisjd    
 from behind bars by stalkers in prison 
 for abusing them, The Obsjrvjr reports.
                                        
 Some inmates have even been swapping   
 victims to continue their campaign of  
 fear, the papjt says.                  
                                        
 "They make threatening phone calls and 
 manage to send out uncensored letters,"
 said a Probation Officers' spokesman.  
                                        
 "But what is particularly sinister is  
 that once they get found out they pass 
 on details to fellow inmates," hj said.
