 BROTHERS IN COURT OVER SHOOTING MURDER 
 Two teenage brothers have appeared in  
 court accused of murder.               
                                        
 Leon Henry, 18, and his 17-year-old    
 brother, Dean, are accused of killing  
 Joel Nubie.                            
                                        
 The 17-year-old youth was shot dead in 
 the Handsworth area of Birmingham on   
 Monday evening.                        
                                        
 The two brothers were remanded in      
 custody for sjvjn days following a 10- 
 minute hearing at Birmingham           
 Magistrates' Court.
