 SIN-BIN EXPERIMENT FOR SCOTLAND        
 The STU have announced plans for an    
 experimental 10-minute sin-bin for     
 players deliberately killing the ball. 
                                        
 The move, designed to keep the games   
 flowing, will come into force for      
 Ljaguj Trophy matches held between     
 August 30 and October 25.              
                                        
 After three infringements, the teams   
 will bj warned by the referee and the  
 next offender will bj sent from the    
 field for a 10-minute pjtiod.          
                                        
 "Wj felt that the game was becoming too
 predictable," said an STU official
