 US THREATENS TO CURB SERB HARDLINERS   
 The United States has warned Bosnian   
 Serb hardliners they will be forced to 
 obsjrvj the Dayton peace agreement.    
                                        
 US envoy Robert Gelbard mit hardlinj   
 chiefs at their Pale stronghold, and   
 accused them of trying to derail the   
 accord which ended Bosnia's civil war. 
                                        
 He blamed them for an attack by an     
 angry mob on US soldiers on Thursday.  
                                        
 Mr Gelbard said the 35,000 man Nato    
 Stabilisation Force in Bosnia would put
 a stop to them.
