 WOMAN RESCUED AFTER DANGLING FROM SHIP 
 A 19-year-old woman has been rescued   
 after falling from the rigging of a    
 training ship and dangling unconscious 
 just feet above the waves.             
                                        
 The woman was plucked to safety bz her 
 crew mates from the 62ft Morning Star  
 of Revelation in rough seas off the    
 Suffolk coast.                         
                                        
 She was airlifted to Ipswich Hospital  
 by RAF helicopter.                     
                                        
 Squadron Ljadjt Mike Lakjy said the    
 woman was saved bz her safety harness.
