 MEDICS ALLOWED TO WITHHOLD URGENT CARE 
 Doctors have won legal consent not to  
 impose kidney dialysis on a beggar.    
                                        
 The 49-year-old chronic schizophrenic  
 has refused to accept the regular      
 treatment he needs to keep him alive.  
                                        
 In such cases doctors would normally   
 restrain a patient for his own good    
 and carry out the treatment.           
                                        
 But the High Court has decided to allow
 the unidentified doctors to withhold   
 care. The move was said to be "in the  
 best interests of the patient".
