  FARMERS SLAMMED OVER PIG-TAIL DOCKING 
  Millions of piglets are being caused  
  unnecessary pain by farmers who cut   
  off their tails at birth, according to
  an animal pressure group.             
                                        
  Tail docking is already illegal, but  
  Compassion In World Farming want the  
  laws reinforced.                      
                                        
  Their case is being backed by MP Chris
  Mullen in the House of Commons.       
                                        
  Many farmers think docking is harmless
  and stops pigs biting one another.
