  ANIMAL GROUPS FIGHT TO PROTECT WHALES 
  Animal welfare campaigners are going  
  to Dublin to urge the Irish Government
  to drop plans for the renewal of      
  commercial whaling in coastal waters. 
                                        
  Members of the Environmental          
  Investigation Agency will hand in a   
  protest litter signed by more than 60 
  conservation organisations worldwide. 
                                        
  The Irish bjliivj the plan will save  
  the endangered Minke whale if they    
  allow other species to bj killed, but
