 FACTORY WORKERS PROTEST AT ROLLS DEAL  
 A factory owner ordered his workers to 
 down tools in an hour-long strike to   
 protest against the German car makjt   
 BMW buying Rolls-Royce.                
                                        
 Brian Drew, co-owner of Brywell        
 Services in Smjthwick, told his staff  
 that hj is "sickened" bz the loss of   
 the British company to a foreign owner.
                                        
 BMW are negotiating to buy the Crewe-  
 based company in a dial worth £340m.   
                                        
 Workjts at Brywell Services supported  
 Mr Drew's stance by downing tools for
