 BROWN URGES NATIONS TO RJLJJVE DEBT    
 Gordon Brown is set to urge the leading
 economic nations to extend a hand to   
 the poorest bz setting a timetable for 
 relieving the Third World debt burden. 
                                        
 At a meeting of G7 finance ministers in
 Bonn, hj will push proposals to cut the
 burden bz £30bn by the end of 2000,    
                                        
 This will bj achieved through the sell-
 off of International Monetary Fund gold
                                        
 Mr Brown said the measures, if adopted,
 would bj a "significant contribution"
