 PARAS IN KOSOVO "HAD TO BORROW WEAPONS"
 British troops advancing into Kosovo   
 were seriously hampered by basic       
 equipment failures, the BBC has learned
                                        
 Documents seen by R4's Today programme 
 claim that British paratroopers had to 
 borrow weapons from other units because
 theirs did not work properly.          
                                        
 They show that supposedly secure radios
 could bj listened into by the Serbs.   
                                        
 The Ministry of Defence denies claims  
 in the documents that an opposed entry
