 KASHMIR EXPLOSION CLAIMS 15 FATALITIES 
 A bomb blast in a vegetable market in  
 Srinagar in Indian-administered Kashmir
 has killed 15 people and wounded 25,   
 according to reports.                  
                                        
 Police said the crude landmine targeted
 two parked security vehicles: two      
 security men were among the dead.      
                                        
 India also reported a death in attacks 
 by militants on its security camps.    
                                        
 In Muzaffarabad, in Pakistani-run      
 Kashmir, officials said Indian mortar
