Konrad Kalejs, 86, who lives in a retirement home near Rugby, has denied taking part in the murder of 30,000 civilians in Latvia during WW2. The Home Office says police have no grounds for arrest but the Government can deport on the grounds of exclusion being conducive to the public good. Kalejs, who has an Australian passport, can make "appropriate representations". W MIDLANDS News 160 Weather 402 NATIONAL News 101 TV/Radio 600 Next News WMid News Reg Sport Main Menu
